The same six steps on every project
How DCM Runs a Project
DCM publishes the process it follows, and it does not change from one project to the next. The six steps run in the same order every time, from the first analysis through strategy, the build, monitoring, reporting, and then scaling what works.

The first step is analysis. Before anything gets designed, DCM looks at the business, the market it sells into, and how the competition presents itself.
Strategy is the second step. This is where the plan gets written down: which services need their own pages, which words customers actually type, and whether paid ads are worth running.
The third step is the build. The website gets designed, written, and set up for search in one pass, and the photos and the video get shot to fill it.
Monitoring is fourth. Once the work is live, the search rankings and the campaigns get watched, and the pages that need a change get one.
Reporting is fifth. What the work produced gets put in front of you.
Scaling is the sixth step. What earns its place gets more attention and more budget, and what does not gets changed or dropped.
