S9 is a third-party battery testing lab in Wilmington, MA. Their website was a single page, and an engineer looking for a testing lab could not learn enough from it to reach out.

S9 is a third-party battery testing lab in Wilmington, MA. We rebuilt their website in 2025.
HOW WE DID IT
We rebuilt the site around the testing itself. We wrote every word in plain language, because engineers do not have time for marketing speak. Every test type got its own section. Every industry S9 serves got its own page. The equipment is shown where an engineer looks. We built a pricing tool so a visitor can price a test on the site: the visitor gets a price, S9 gets the lead. We linked the site to S9's customer portal. It works on phone and desktop.

We wrote every word on the site. Battery testing is technical work. The copy had to be accurate enough for an engineer and plain enough for a buyer. No jargon for its own sake. No filler. The words do the selling the old page never did.

The Results
S9 went from a single page to a full site that explains the testing, shows the equipment, and captures leads through the pricing tool. The site connects to their customer portal, so a lead flows straight into their system. The strongest result is the simplest: in 2026, the same owner hired us again for a different company. Clients come back when the work works.
