The Challenge
S9 is a third-party battery testing lab in Wilmington, MA. An engineer choosing a lab wants to know what it tests, what equipment it runs and what a test will cost. S9 needed a site that answered all of that on its own and turned a visit into a request.

S9 is a third-party battery testing lab in Wilmington, MA. We rebuilt their website in 2025.
HOW WE DID IT
We built the site around the questions an engineer asks before choosing a lab. Every test type got its own section, every industry S9 serves got its own page, and the equipment is shown where an engineer looks for it. Then we added the piece that does the selling, a pricing tool that lets a visitor price a test on the site and hands S9 the lead. The site also links to S9's customer portal.

The pricing tool is the heart of the site. An engineer can price a test without waiting on a quote, and S9 gets the lead along with it. Around the tool, every test type and industry has its own page, so an engineer who reaches it already knows the lab can do the work.
