The Challenge

Two owners merged into one company selling two different trades: demolition and landscaping. A demolition customer and a landscaping customer are looking for different things, and one website had to serve both without confusing either. The brand had to bring both trades together under one name, so the merger read as one company from the first look. The ad campaigns also had to keep the trades separate, so a landscaping lead never landed on a demolition page.

About Father & Sons Demolition & Landscaping

Father & Sons is a demolition and landscaping company in Woburn, MA, formed when two owners merged their businesses into one company that sells both trades.

HOW WE DID IT

We designed one logo and brand for the merged company. We built one website with a demolition side and a landscaping side: each customer lands where they belong. We ran SEO across the site. We built separate ad campaigns for each trade, so demolition searches and landscaping searches each reach the right page.

Web Design

The website has a demolition side and a landscaping side, so each customer reaches the trade they searched for and nobody ends up on the wrong page. We ran SEO across the whole site so both trades get found.

Branding & Identity

We designed the logo and brand for the merged company. It had to say demolition and landscaping in one mark, without favoring either trade. One name, one logo, covering both.

The Results

Two owners and two trades came out of the merger as one company. One name, one logo and one website cover both trades, and the campaigns we built kept each trade's leads on its own pages. A demolition customer and a landscaping customer each find their own door into the same company, and online, the merger looks like one business because it is one.

Online Advertising

We built separate ad campaigns for each trade, so demolition searches went to demolition pages and landscaping searches went to landscaping pages. The two trades shared a brand but never a landing page.
